Erin O'Toole Murphy, MA, SPHR, Principle Erin O'Toole Murphy, principle interview coach, is passionate about helping people become awesome interviewers and get their next job. She was an HR recruiter before training managers in how to interview job candidates. Now she shares hiring managers' secrets with coaching clients preparing for their next interview. Erin has spent over 14 years helping individuals and organizations build leadership and high-performance capability. Erin co-authored "Teamwork Is An Individual Skill: Getting Your Work Done When Sharing Responsibility" (Berrett-Koehler, 2001), has a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and master's from Antioch University.
